A&A Inspirations is a growing, privately owned mental health practice for children, family and adolescents. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the below position(s) Monday - Saturday.
Employees are responsible for treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy served by A&A Inspirations both in office as well as residential.
All positions are independent consultant positions and a criminal background and child welfare check is required for employment.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker/
Licensed Professional Counselor
Education
Masters degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
Licensed Missouri LPC, LCSW
Work Experience
At least 1 year working with cognitive behavioral interventions with children and/or adolescent is required
Experience with DBT and Trauma-focused CBT as well as family systems theory is preferred
Knowledge of parenting skills and interventions with troubled youth preferred
Experience and willingness to facilitate individual, group, couples and family counseling along with learning series, workshops and lectures required
Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain clients required
Demonstrate competent knowledge of counseling theories, psychiatric disorders, assessment skills, treatment plan development, and the provision of interventions through a range of clinical moralities required
Technical Skills
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and computer software required
Effective presentation skills
Accountability
The Counselor is responsible for welcoming, assessing, planning and implementing the identified interventions for each client / customer in order to deliver quality care
The Counselor may provide individual, group, couple, family or educational therapy, develop and implement wellness programming and coordinate with resources for continued client balance and support
Collaborate/consult with co-workers on client care and innovative programming
Continued education / credentialing in behavioral health field
Flexible and comfortable with handling various roles in the business beyond counseling
The ability to work a flexible work schedule and travel the local community providing services is required
Licensed Play Therapist
Education
Masters degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
Licensed Missouri LPC, LCSW
Licensed and credentialed in Play Therapy
Work Experience
At least 2 years providing providing play therapeutic services
Experience working with children/youth in severe traumatic environments
Experience and willingness to facilitate individual, group, couples and family counseling, and workshops and lectures required
Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain clients required
